ITIL offers benefits to the business that go far beyond the
technical. In fact, the fundamental purpose of ITIL is to
ensure that IT is focused on
achieving business objectives, not technical ones. So it
makes sense for executives know what ITIL’s all about.
This is not a technical course. It’s a high level course,
designed specifically for non-technical CEOs, CFOs and other
Executives.
It summarises the key concepts, terms and definitions of ITIL,
explaining benefits in business terms. As an executive, you’ll
learn why your IT staff should be ITIL V3 certified, you’ll see
what they’ll learn, and you’ll understand the business, financial
and operational benefits that will follow.
So when your organisation adopts ITIL’s processes, you’ll
understand precisely what’s happening and why, and you’ll be
confident that everyone’s speaking the same language and working
towards the same goals.
ITIL defined – What it
is and just as importantly – what it isn’t.
Key concepts, terms &
definitions – Ensure you can speak the same language as
your IT staff, with an overview of the key elements of ITIL.
Define, measure, control
– It’s said that you cannot manage what you cannot
control, you can’t control what you cannot measure, and you
cannot measure what you cannot define. See how ITIL will help
your organisation define, measure and control deliverables and
values.
Business benefits –
Learn the actual business, financial and staff benefits of
ITIL.
Over-reliance on individuals?
– Learn the dangers of relying on high-performing /
long-term employees, and see how ITIL offers a better
alternative.
Realistic scenarios –
Learn quickly and with minimal reading thanks to concepts that
are illustrated by realistic scenarios.
Thought leader opinions
– Hear what thought leaders like Gartner and Peter
Drucker have to say about ITIL.
Implementing ITIL –
Learn how to implement ITIL quickly, efficiently and smoothly.
Bring it all together –
Learn about the IT Service Lifecycle and the business value of
each stage. See how it ties everything together.

Welcome to ITIL Campus!

specialise in "best practise" IT Service Management frameworks
including ITIL version 3 courses. All of our courses follow
official syllabus and are designed not only to help you pass the
official exams, but also to give you a depth of knowledge so you
actually understand the material, rather than just knowing enough
to pass an exam.
We feel that in order
to progress in your career, and perform more effectively in your
current role, it is important to have a strong understanding of
best practice processes. ITIL is recognised as the most highly
adopted IT Service Management framework for implementing best
practice processes, which will add value to your organisation,
and to you as an individual.
